- Investigation Data: Screenshots, PDFs, notes, and page visits are stored locally in your browser's storage and never transmitted to our servers.
- License Information: If you purchase a Pro license, we store your license key locally to verify your subscription status.
Data Storage
All investigation data is:
- Stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage API
- Encrypted using AES-GCM encryption
- Never transmitted to external servers
- Completely under your control
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe: For payment processing. When you purchase a Pro license, your payment information is handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to third parties. Since all investigation data remains on your device, we have no access to it.
Your Rights
You have complete control over your data:
- You can delete all extension data at any time through your browser settings
- Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data
- You can export your investigation reports before deleting
